Overview
A user may experience a recurring issue with logging into their Crossover account. Despite entering their email and password correctly, they are repeatedly redirected back to the login page, creating an endless loop that prevents them from accessing their account.
Solution
You might have to verify your email address before you can access your profile. Follow the steps below to log in and verify your account:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection and use a laptop or a desktop with Chrome as your browser. We recommend using your personal computers as work laptops may have firewall restrictions that prevent access to some sites like Crossover.
- Log in to your account at www.crossover.com/auth/login. It will ask for your username/email and your password. If you don't have your password, you can also reset it from that link. In cases where your account was created automatically from LinkedIn, this should match exactly with your LinkedIn email address.
- Do a hard refresh on your Browser page. (Use Ctrl and ⇧ Shift and then press R for Windows and ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R for Mac OS).
- If this is the first time you are logging in to your account, it will ask for a 6-digit verification code which was sent to your email. The subject of this email is 'Here's your verification code' which was sent from verify@crossover.com. Check your Inbox or your Spam/Junk folder for this email.
- If you missed the verification code, use the Resend Verification Code in the reset password screen and make sure that the last received verification code is being used (as the codes expire after some time)
- Once your account has been verified, you can log in with your username and password
- Finally, make sure an ad blocker extension, pop-up blocker or similar does not interfere with the application process.

I did what you said but it is still not working
Kindly clear your cache and try again. If it still does not work, some ad blocker apps or device configurations might be blocking the login process. In this case, you may need to whitelist our web address for the same. If this still can not be resolved, please try again at https://www.crossover.com/auth/login with another desktop/laptop with Chrome as your browser. - What if the issue persists?
